DESCRIPTION:Optimal Outcomes Conference 2024\nOptimal Outcomes in Perinatal\, Reproductive\, and Sexual Health is an educational opportunity brought to you by the Minnesota Affiliate of the American College of Nurse-Midwives\nThe Mission and Vision of the MN Affiliate of the ACNM are consistent with the American College of Nurse-Midwives.\nOUR VISION: Midwifery for every community\nOUR MISSION: To support midwives\, advance the practice of midwifery\, and achieve optimal\, equitable health outcomes for the people and communities midwives serve through inclusion\, advocacy\, education\, leadership development and research. \nPurpose\nOptimal Outcomes 2024 is an interdisciplinary conference for all stakeholders in perinatal\, reproductive and sexual healthcare with a focus on innovative\, evidence-based practice to improve outcomes for individuals throughout the lifespan. \nObjectives \nDiscuss various evidence-based practices that can optimize outcomes for individuals\, infants and families. Describe ways to implement ideas learned at this conference within organizations.
